If you call Monday-Friday from 9-5pm, you will reach our receptionist. If you need immediate assistance, ask to speak with a counselor. You will be transferred to a counselor, who will listen and offer support and services

If you call after-hours or on weekends, a counselor will answer and offer support and services immediately
