Crisis Hotlines

A mental health crisis is when someone’s emotions or behaviors prevent them from functioning or indicate they might harm themselves or others. Here are some phone numbers you can call to connect to immediate support for yourself or others.

Inpatient Services

Inpatient treatment involves going to a hospital for medical care. It is an option that you can turn to if you are experiencing a mental health crisis and don't think you can safely manage your symptoms on your own. 

Outpatient Services

Outpatient care involves getting professional mental health support from any place other than a hospital or residential program. Click here for a list of local providers categorized by specialty, including what insurances they accept.

Community Resources

If you're looking for more informal mental health support, many community organizations provide support groups and workshops. Check out the list here!
